If you are not aware what a dynamic IP is, it’s just a new ip everytime you turn your modem/router on, and that’s how you check if you have it or not. Just goto whatismyip.com and note your IP, then shut off your router and turn it on again, and if you get a new IP, you’re on Dynamic IP and this post is just for you.

So, just download from your 1st link and as soon as you’re done, shut off your router, and start it again after 10 seconds, and open your second link, and voila, no waits, just enter the code from captcha and hit the download button.
